I trained in the UK and India and have taught in the UK, India, Italy and the Czech Republic. I love yoga because it is a gift to the mind, body and spirit. The body and mind naturally desire harmony. Yoga teaches us to confront fears, boost our confidence and find - and use - the passion that burns inside each of us. Life is meant to be happy and we all have in us the potential to lead a life of extraordinary health and abundance.

Most of my classes are 1 to 1; mainly for well being, or remedial yoga (bad backs, sports injuries, stroke, cancer, sciatica etc) and I do a few open classes at clubs, banks and other venues. I make my classes fun, dynamic and challenging. I borrow from a variety of yogic and meditative traditions as well as from drama, dance and life coaching.

I particularly specialise in yoga for stress busting. I am a consultant for the Stress Management Society and IMD, Geneva and run stress-busting workshops around Europe. I lead workshops for corporations aimed at touching base with mental, physical and emotional health centres. Yoga boosts productivity by re-energizing whilst making us more effective at work and in daily life. I also work with Breast Cancer Care and other charities focussing on well being.
